NYLIC University is a unique and comprehensive agent-training program designed to offer agents educational support throughout their careers. We consider it the backbone of our entire agency system because, on top of providing skills and education, the program helps agents apply what they learn to real work scenarios.
In addition to formal training, we encourage both experienced and newer agents to work together in mentoring relationships, either informally or through the Million Dollar Round Table Mentoring Program.
