NYLIC University
NYLIC University is a unique and comprehensive agent-training program designed to offer agents educational support throughout their careers. We consider it the backbone of our entire agency system because, on top of providing skills and education, the program helps agents apply what they learn to real work scenarios.
Mentoring Program
In addition to formal training, we encourage both experienced and newer agents to work together in mentoring relationships, either informally or through the Million Dollar Round Table Mentoring Program. In fact, we believe in the program so strongly that we incent our agents to take advantage of this opportunity. The MDRT is one of the most prestigious national and international organizations in the insurance industry.

Created by and for employees representing unique cultures, experiences, and backgrounds, these seven groups do much more than raise awareness of diversity & inclusion. Throughout the year, these groups coordinate professional and personal development seminars and workshops, conduct networking events, host special guest speakers, raise funds for worthy causes, and mentor colleagues.
